Massage is just a luxury.....NOT!

January 18, 2018

I meet so many people that say they do not get massage because "it is a luxury, I just do not have time for that."  Massage has so many benefits including boosting your immune system, lower blood pressure and so much more.  Here is a test do you have lower back pain, foot pain or headaches take a look in the mirror.  You will notice your shoulders are not even and rolled forward.  These are all things that with massage can be corrected.  By releasing appropriate muscles and activating others you can leave my massage feeling so much better and with better posture. Book with me and see the results.

Unconditional Love

March 20, 2018

Unconditional love is known as affection without any limitations, or love without conditions. This is what we all strive to receive but do we strive as hard to give it to others.  Take a few minutes and think about that.

If you own a pet you get a taste of these love every greeting, pets are the best that love us with no strings attached.  I believe they understand this better than we do most of the time.  When I am having one of those days, our puppies always snuggle up close and give me all their attention.  When I leave the house even if it is just for a few minutes, they met me at the door as if I am the best person ever.

We can learn a great deal from our furry loved ones....be excited when you see the people you love and show them with your actions that you have missed them and how important they are to you.  Snuggle in close when they are having a difficult day, OK maybe snuggling is not appropriate for all situations but hold their hand, give them a hug, pay attention and most of all listen.

We have the power to make this a better place, and if each of us do our part it will occur.
